How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at admin@realityracing.co with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or would like to exchange for a different product, please contact us. We are happy to accommodate exchanges subject to availability. Exchanges are processed as a return and new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@realityracing.co with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are eligible for return under the same 30-day policy. Refund amounts will reflect the actual price paid.
