Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.99 or FREE on orders over $60
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $9.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $14.99
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping times vary by destination but typically take 7-21 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- International Standard (7-21 business days): $12.99
- International Express (5-10 business days): $24.99
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly through the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@realityracing.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
